We offer international shipping to Canada, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Loblola is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
PACKAGE INSURANCE
For the safety of your package, please consider insuring your package with Route Package Protection. You can insure your package by selecting Route Package Protection at checkout. By deselecting Route Package Protection, Loblola is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. No refund will be issued if your package is lost, damaged, or stolen.
LOST PACKAGES
We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. You are encouraged to purchase Route Package Protection at checkout or insurance through the carrier.
We are not responsible for shipments sent to a forwarding service or companies regardless of shipping service selected. If you place an order and your shipping address is a forwarding address, you are responsible for contacting your forwarding company or service to locate your shipment. Once a package leaves our hands, we are not responsible for it.
Before placing an order, make sure that your address is correct. We will not be responsible for incorrect mailing addresses. If your package is returned, you are responsible for contacting us with the correct address to be shipped back to you and the shipping service of your choice. You are responsible for the addition shipping cost. An invoice of the shipping cost will be sent to you.
SHIPPING FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. Please make sure all addresses are correct before placing your order, we will not refund shipping fees for wrong address on your part or returned shipments.
