Unhappy puppy? No worries.
We know that sometimes, for whatever reason, something you get in the mail just isn't what you expected. For those times, we have an easy 30-day return policy.
You can return an item within 30 days as long as it's unused, in new condition, and in the original packaging. Note that return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Returns that are lost in transit will not be refunded and are the customer's responsibility. Approved returns will be refunded back to your original payment method, minus original shipping charges. Please keep in mind it may take a few days for it to show up in your account.

We stand behind the quality of everything we make, and our products go through a rigorous quality review process. However, if you think you have received a defective* item, please reach out to us directly at email@example.com so we can make it right.
*Please note that toys destroyed by your dog are not considered defective. We encourage you to accept that toy destruction, unfortunately, is one of the many joys of dog ownership and a part of many dogs' play style.
While we don't offer direct exchanges, you can return any new, unused item for a refund and then place an order for the new item that you would like instead.
