What are Loblola dog toys made out of?
Loblola dog toys are made out of durable Thermoplastic Elastomer (TPE) that is FDA-compliant. Our toys are food-grade safe, non-toxic, latex-free, and BPA & phthalate-free.
Where are Loblola dog toys made?
All our dog toys are designed and manufactured in the USA. We do this to ensure our materials are ethically sourced, built safe, and of the highest quality.
How durable are Loblola dog toys?
The Loblolly Pinecone Puzzle Toy is rated for moderate chewers. It's made of a durable, yet flexible TPE material.
No dog toy is indestructible.
How can I clean my dog toy?
Our dog toys are top rack dishwasher-safe. You can also easily clean them by soaking in warm, soapy water.

Where do you ship to?
We are currently shipping within the US and to Canada, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand.
Do you offer free or flat rate shipping?
• Shipping is free on orders over $35 in the US
• We offer $10 flat rate shipping on orders over $35 to Canada
• We offer $15 flat rate shipping on orders over $75 to Europe
• We offer $15 flat rate shipping on orders over $75 to Australia & New Zealand.
Otherwise, shipping is calculated at checkout.
How can I track my order?
Once we ship your order, we'll send you an email letting you know that your order is on the way! It contains tracking info so you can keep an eye on where you package is and when to expect it.
What do I do if my package was lost in transit?
We highly encourage you to purchase Route Package Protection at checkout. That way, if your package is lost in transit, you can easily submit a claim through Route Package Protection to be reimbursed or to have a replacement sent at no additional cost. See our Shipping Policy for more information.
